In 2008 world's attention will be focused on China and the Beijing Olympics. The 2008 Redcliffe Lecture in World Christianity also looks towards China and East Asia, exploring the trends, challenges and opportunities for mission in the region.

Dr Patrick FungChallenges: Key mission issues facing the church in Asia.

Opportunites: How Christian individuals and communities can be involved with God's mission in Asia.

Dr Patrick Fung is OMF International's 10th General Director, and the first Asian to fulfil this role. He has served with OMF International since 1989, as Director of OMF Hong Kong and International Director for Mobilisation based in Singapore before becoming General Director in 2006.
