Communication Officers Forum

Who is it for?

Agency staff who are responsible for external communications about their work, mainly to churches and the Christian public.

What is the focus?

The forums main focus is to:

• Provide fellowship and networking opportunities for those involved in communication by leaflet, magazine, DVDs, websites etc.
• To discuss issues of common concern.
• To consider joint projects as appropriate.

What issues have we covered recently?

Creating a Corporate Image, Agency Prayer Resources.

When do we meet?

The forum meets three times a year. Most meetings start at 1.00 pm and finish by 3.30 pm and are held at Whitefield House.

Do we meet virtually?

The forum has a Yahoo Group where reactions and news can be shared.

Who is on planning team?

The Chair is Nick Cole (OMF), Other members include Flora Davies (WEC), Allie Schwaar (SIM) and Bryan Knell (Global Connections).
