How can I change my details on the Global Connections website?
1. Go to the Global Connection homepage.
2. At the top right hand corner of the page you will see the words ‘My profile’ – click on this.
3. You will then have 4 choices. Click on whichever is most relevant for you.
a. 'Change My Password': simply add in your existing and new passwords and click submit to change your password.
b. 'Update My Details': this is the form you completed when you first signed up. Go to the bottom of the form and click ‘edit’ to change any of the details. Then click ‘save’ to confirm these changes.
c. 'Manage My Alerts': these are pages on the Global Connections website that you have asked for an email to be sent to you when they are updated. If you want to remove any of these alerts, simply tick the box next to the section and click ‘update’.
d. 'Delete My Account': This does what you expect it to do but you will be asked to confirm that you want to delete your profile from the Global Connections website. This will mean that you can no longer access member benefits online.
4. To return to the main area of the Global Connections website, simply click any of the items in the column to the left hand side of the page.
