Wales Reps (Wales to the World)

The 'Wales to the World' committee meets several times a year at Newtown, mid-Wales and gathers together agency reps and church personnel who are all committed to promoting world mission in churches throughout Wales.

Wales to the World is involved in two productions -

• a directory of Welsh Christians currently serving in World Mission. The 2006 edition includes information on more than 150 family units, sponsored by 35 different evangelical agencies, who are taking the gospel to more than 50 countries.
• a missions congress organised every two years. the congresses in 2004 and 2006 were held at Newtown Evangelical Church.

The chair of the committee is Meirion Thomas (Malpas Road Evangelical Church, Newport).
