Vision and strategy

Mission Statement: Global Connections seeks to be a growing, vibrant network of UK churches and agencies, linked together for resources, learning and representation, in order to serve, resource and develop churches in their mission so that the overall vision of "mission at the heart of the church, the church at the heart of mission" can be realised.

Functions of the Network

In order to fulfil its mission, the network is administered by a support office. The support office’s main functions are:

• NETWORKING member agencies and churches together through conferences, events and forums
• EXPLORING key mission issues and trends, and publicise associated resources
• SUPPORTING members through advice, common standards, services and information
• REPRESENTING members to Government agencies, the media and internationally
• RESOURCING churches across the UK with mission information, advice and resources, both through members individually and corporately
