Delivery of items from the shop
Goods currently in stock will be dispatched to you either by Royal Mail or courier (at our discretion) within 10 working days of your placing an order.
If the goods are currently out of stock, or if delivery is being delayed for any other reason (such as industrial action), we will advise you and let you know when the goods are likely to be available.
Returns, refunds and cancellations from the shop
If you are in any way dissatisfied with the quality of the goods you receive, or if they arrive damaged, please return them to us within 21 days of receipt for a full refund or replacement. Goods returned after that date will be refunded at our discretion.
If you wish to cancel your order, please telephone or email our office within 24 hours of placing your order.
Refunds and cancellations for events
50% of the fee will be refunded upon cancellation at least 10 working days prior to the event. We regret that refunds are not usually available on cancellations made within ten working days before the event. A full refund can be made upon discretion of the organiser in special circumstances.

Non-members

Member organisations and churches
You may either pay by credit card, or pay by invoice.
If paying by invoice, you may place your order by telephone, email, post, or via the 'contact us' page of our website. Your payment must reach us by the payment date stated on our invoice, usually 30 days from despatch. If you wish to be invoiced for attending an event, please note that your place may not be reserved until full payment is received.
We reserve the right to apply interest at 6% over the prevailing UK bank base rate for payments received after the due date of the invioce.
Friends of GC
To obtain member discounts place your order by telephone to pay by card, or post your order to us to pay by cheque. Cheques should be made out to 'Global Connections'.
Orders from outside the UK
The postage and packing costs displayed in our shop apply to orders wihin the UK only. Goods can be shipped overseas, but in order for us to do this please follow the relevant link on the product page to purchase the correct extra units of postage.
