In the first half of 2012, Global Connections conducted a survey amongst Christian mission agencies with the aim of ascertaining salary levels and benefits enjoyed by UK-based staff.
This report is the culmination of that survey and contains some important results. The areas covered include salaries paid to a diverse range of staff, large town and London weighting, pension provision, use of volunteers, and mileage allowance. The results are set out in a clear and concise manner with graphical illustrations. Key results are highlighted within the text.
